A physician's life, with wine alongside it
Dr. Peter is a gastroenterologist whose University of Illinois medical degree dates to 1979. In 2003 he coauthored a published study of sedation across 9,152 endoscopic procedures at a Southern Oregon surgery center. His medical work has its own documentary trail alongside the wine story.
